Chris Mead Tattoos — Consultation SMS Terms

These terms govern the optional Chris Mead Tattoos Consultation Text Messages program.

Program description

If you choose to receive texts when requesting a consultation, Chris Mead Tattoos may send consultation confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and cancellation notices to the mobile number you provide. These messages concern consultation scheduling only. Tattoo appointments are arranged separately.

Consent and eligibility

Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving a consultation or purchasing any goods or services. The consent box is unchecked unless you choose it. You confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at the number you provide.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Most consultations receive a confirmation and reminder, plus another notice whenever the consultation is rescheduled or cancelled. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Chris Mead Tattoos does not charge a separate fee for these messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help, email chris@chrismeadtattoos.com, or call 443-906-1566.

Opting out of texts does not cancel a consultation. Contact Chris Mead Tattoos separately if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network availability.

Privacy

How consultation and mobile information is handled is explained in the Consultation Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the consultation service or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its latest revision date.
